Two Distinct Spaces, One Smooth Day
Most couples do not want their ceremony and reception to feel like two separate events. We provide you with two purpose-built spaces that are designed to work in sequence.
The All-Seasons Pavilion handles your ceremony. It features retractable glass doors, heating, ceiling fans, and lighting, so whether you are saying your vows in January or August, the environment stays comfortable. Step outside and the Pavilion opens onto a 3,000 square foot stone patio with views of three ponds on the property. That waterfront setting is where a lot of our couples take their first photos together as a married couple, and for good reason.
From there, guests move into the main ballroom. The room is elegant, contemporary, and built for celebration. It accommodates up to 250 guests for a wedding reception, with a large dance floor and a floor-to-ceiling projection screen for slideshows, live feeds, or anything else your entertainment team has planned. Upper balcony access adds another layer of dimension to the space. And because the Pavilion and ballroom can be combined, couples who want a little outdoor air during the reception can have that too.
What Comes with Your Booking
We believe the inclusions list matters as much as the square footage, so we want to be straightforward about what is covered.
Your booking includes all setup and teardown, timeless Bentwood black resin chairs, white ceremony chairs, guest tables, cake table, gift table, and polyester linens and napkins in your choice of colors. You also get complimentary use of one of our five house arches, complimentary rehearsal time, and access to our new Wedding Suite and Parlor, which features separate rooms for getting ready. An on-site Venue Manager is included with every event. That person is your main venue contact: they design the room layout, meet with you and your coordinator one month before the event, greet vendors on the day of, and run your rehearsal. Overnight parking and liability insurance are also included.
If you want more hands-on support, the Day-of Coordination package is available as an add-on. It includes everything the Venue Manager does, plus early 10 AM venue access, detailed vendor schedules, monthly planning check-ins starting twelve months out, and full decor management from ceremony through the end of the night.
